What can I say. These two are absolutely gorgeous and it really wasn’t possible to take a bad photo of them! They put their full trust in me the whole session and ventured out to places we probably shouldn’t have been…. 😉
Can’t wait for November!!

There was finally a day where it wasn’t raining, but it loomed in the distance. We chanced it. I met Kristi and Mike at Nissley Vineyard for their engagement session. It is so close to my house and yet this is the first time I had ever been.

Who knew that Sunday was going to be such a historic day while we were in Washington DC with Kara and Josh!
They took Katie and I around to the places that meant something to the and their relationship. We even ended up at the restaurant for dinner that they had their first dinner after they got engaged. It was a whirlwind day with running all over and the rain, but we had the best time with them!

This past weekend, I headed to NYC to photograph Brittany and Dave’s engagement session. Saturday was not looking too good weather-wise, but Brittany said she would shoot rain or shine. We brought umbrella’s and rainboots and had so much fun!
We first started in Brooklyn at the Promanade where Dave had proposed to Brittany. What an amazing view of everything! We walked the streets a little before it started to pour. Then we hopped on the subway and headed to Grand Central Station. We can always hope for perfect weather to shoot, but then life would be boring! Enjoy guys!! Can’t wait for September!

Mark has been in my life since the 6th grade. I remember being at Middle School dances and asking him to dance with my one girlfriends who liked him. Being the nice guy he was, he did, every time. After High school, Mark was and is the nicest, funniest and most amazing guy. Cara knows this. She is exactly the perfect fit for Mark. He can sometimes be loud, and a lot to handle, but in Cara’s words, she wouldn’t want him any other way. I am so happy that Mark has finally found the perfect girl! We have all waited for the day when he would be so happy. We have a very close knit group of friends and Cara has been welcomed in with open arms and blends so nicely. So, needless to say, it is my honor to get to photograph them, the way they are together. Every moment was filled with giggles and uncontrollable laughter. I love you both and can not wait for your wedding. It is going to be of epic proportions!

Luckily, I was prepared with hand warmers on Sunday for Megan and Andrew’s engagement session in York. We started here at the studio and then drove to the heart of Downtown York. Not only was it COLD, the wind chill made it below freezing. Eyes were watering, noses running, hands numb….but it was soooo much fun! Andrew’s Mom met us with their sweet puppy to join in. She helped keep them warm. I can’t wait for the summer for the wedding!! That weather, I can handle!!

I am so excited to be working with Katie and Andrew. They came to me a few months ago and asked if I was willing to shoot some of their wedding in film! Waaaah!! I LOVE FILM! I miss shooting it so much. So of course I jumped at the chance. It is so nice to have someone who appreciates the medium and understands how amazing it can be.

Heather and Mike seemed super quietand reserved when I met them for the first time….Boy was I wrong! Haha!
We met last week for their engagement session in Lancaster. Heather was a ball of giggles and we had an absolute blast walking around shooting. They were open to anything. Can’t wait for the wedding in December!!

Angie and I have been friends for years. When she got engaged, I was on the list of the first people she called so that I was open for her wedding date. I am so excited for her and Ira! We had so much fun walking through the city and having that comfort level with someone made the images even better. I can’t wait for next year to celebrate with you both!

Elizabeth and Frank are getting married THIS weekend! After countless times of reschedules due to everything imaginable, we finally had the perfect day, timing and place to do their engagement session.
I can’t wait to shoot the wedding!! It is going to be incredible!!
