The beautiful Kayla came to the studio on Tuesday for her senior session. We stuck around here because we were losing light fast.
We ended up finding new places too shoot even in my own neighborhood, so this was a little adventure.
Kayla did a fabulous job!!
Haley Rain at 4 months
What a chunker she has become! I couldn’t believe how much Haley has filled out since I saw her last! She came into the studio with her Mom yesterday for her second Baby’s First Year session. For 4 months old, she is rolling over so much! It was quite the task to get a few belly shots. Her Grandma bought her the cutest Halloween costume that we had to have shots in. What a sweet punkin!
Katy and Patrick’s after session
Almost 2 years ago, Katy and Patrick were married. I was actually a guest at this wedding! Katy and Patrick wanted to do an after session with me since I didn’t get to shoot their wedding. After all this time, we finally were able to get a date picked.
They let me shoot whatever I wanted to because they had complete trust in what I would do. This allowed me to be able to push myself to try new things, plus, I didn’t have to worry about getting Katy’s dress dirty! We had such a great time! What a blessing it is to know you both!
Taelyn at 5 months
I can’t believe that time has gone so quickly! Taelyn is already 5 months old!!
I went to her house the other day for her session. Her Mom had all her outfits laid out and ready to go, along with all the accessories.
HATS!!! I love it!! Her pink and black zebra nursery is my absolute favorite! Her are just a few from our shoot.
I can’t wait till next time, especially to see what she will be wearing!
Sachet and Jayme
Sachet has been asking me for a while if I would shoot her Sweet Sixteen portraits. She wanted to to have them done with her best friend Jayme. They had an idea of going to Italian lake where everything is so nicely landscaped…. yes, we did go there, but they were a little hesitant when I made them crawl in the woods first to use an old garage. I said, “Just trust me!” They are both such gorgeous girls and so hard to take bad photos of. After a bit, they both changed into their cheerleading uniforms and got a little silly!
Hope you love them!!
The beautiful Shelbi!
I met Shelbi while she was doing the makeup for Sarah who just came in for her acting headshots. Shelbi and I talked about how she needed some as well, so we set up a time for her to come in. She was absolutely gorgeous!! Here are just a few from today. If you are looking for someone to do makeup for your upcoming wedding, headshot or whatever, let me know and I will pass her info along to you!!

Jacqueline’s Senior session
Jacqueline’s session had been planned for some time now! I was very excited to finally get to shoot this! We started off at Barnes and Noble because this is one of Jacqueline’s favorite places to go with her friends. Then we headed into the city to get a bit of urban ballerina going on! We had a such a fun time talking, especially about our shoe obsessions!! A girl after my own heart!
Here are some of my fav’s!
The Rodruan’s
Barb and Ross had been planning an Anniversary present for his parents for a while. Barb wrote to me and asked if I would be willing to come to Rehobeth Beach to shoot family portraits while they were vacationing down there. Of course I would!!!
They had to let Ross’ parents in on the surprise ahead of time to prepare. We had such a fun time on the beach and then headed to a local park, where they all played on the kiddie toys! Happy Anniversary!!! I hope you enjoy these!
You do parties?
I was approached a while ago my good friend Jodie to host her daughters 5th birthday party. She wanted something small and something different. So we came up with a portrait party! Gigi invited 4 friends to come over to the studio and we set it up for a party. There were giftbags, TONS of food and presents for Gigi! I was around documenting the party and also letting the girls pose for the camera.
So, this gave me the idea to start hosting small portrait parties! If you are trying to figure out what kind of party to have for your little Diva and her friends, why not a super model party with a runway? A tea party with dress-up? The possibilities are endless. Give us a call if you are interested! We’ll talk details!
