After rescheduling our shoot 3 times because of rain, I finally had the chance to photograph the Bower’s family. Sarah wanted something a little different for her family, so I took them to my favorite spot! They were such a pleasure to work with and the girls listened to every direction I gave them. You are a lucky, beautiful family!!
The Swarr’s
We have been super busy around here and I am trying to play catch up! Last weekend I had the opportunity to photograph the Swarr family. We met at Millersville University and had almost the whole campus to ourselves. What a beautiful day! Here are just a few…
Broderick turns ONE!!
While we were in Cape May last weekend for a wedding, we used our time there to shoot Broderick’s last session of his Baby’s first year. It just so happens the family has a house down there so it worked out so well! We were supposed to meet at 9 am, but the weather decided differently. After a few torrential thunderstorms, the sky completely cleared up and the sun came out.
We decided to go to the lighthouse and then the beach. Broderick was not happy to put his feet in either the sand or grass, even with shoes. So solid ground and benches, barefoot was his thing….
Happy Memorial Day
Today, we celebrate with friends and family at cookouts, parades, festivals and with some fireworks. Let us remember those who have fought for our freedom and those who are continuing the fight. We Thank you and continue to pray for you! God bless you all!
Hayley and Nicole
Hayley came over on saturday to have her first communion photos taken. Jen wanted Hayley to have something different from the same “traditional” ones at the church, but incorporating her personality into it.
Her cousin Nicole came along as well to ham it up for me. Someone has been teaching this girl about modeling….
Emily’s not so ” Trash the Dress”
I had an idea for a shoot. Emily was a willing participant. Not only did I get incredible images, she got to “Trash Her Dress” without upsetting her Mom.
Big THANKS to Kristin Green from Tangles salon in Lancaster and my never failing sidekick Liesa for helping me out!! AND, Emily for trusting my vision!!! You are absolutely stunning!
Broderick 10 months
Every session with Broderick gets better and better! He is at the age right now where I can do anything to make him smile. In fact, that is all he did this session! His big blue eyes lit up everytime I went to push the shutter. His parents brought him in to the studio for his third session of his ” baby’s first year”. He was such a busy little guy, almost walking! Check out those baby blues!!
Shayne at 4 months
Today Shayne came into the studio for his second “baby’s first year” session. What a chunky monkey he is becoming! I can say this because he was soooo tiny when he was born and for his first session. I can’t believe this is the same baby. We had such a good time that I had to get these up right away. Enjoy!
Boudoir Marathon (few spots left)
April 26th, we are having another day of Boudoir sessions. Each session will consist of hair and makeup done by professionals and an hour long shooting session. We have 5 spaces available. Please e-mail me if you would like to schedule a time! It is first come first serve and spaces go fast!
Baby Brody
Christy and I grew up 2 houses apart from each other when we were very young. She was my best friend and by fate, became sort of related to me. We always teased saying we were step half cousins. Then, when we were in Middle School, she moved away. Through the years, we have kept in touch and were at each others weddings, and now through the power of facebook, we can talk and keep up with each others lives. A few weeks ago, Christy had her son Brody. I told her it has been too long since we saw each other, so I was driving to do Brody’s first baby session. He is so sweet! And so perfect! Here are just a few from yesterday.
